Meet with our team
Schedule an appointment with a Spinell Homes new construction specialist! During this meeting, we will learn more about your lifestyle, your home needs and your budget. You will get a chance to review our floor plans, discuss available lots, and even reserve one.
Secure financing
Your home loan application and approval occurs in the beginning of the process. We can point you in the direction of our preferred lenders who will best serve you, or work with your lender of choice.

Select one of our semi-custom floor plans or let us design a fully customized plan to fit your vision! View our floor plans.
Make your design selections
What’s on your wish list?
Our design team is here to help you make home dreams come true! With our help you will make the interior and exterior selections for your home, such as countertop materials, cabinetry colors, and other customizations.
Purchase Agreement
Once financing is secured, you have selected your floor plan and found your dream lot, the purchase agreement is the final step before building begins!
Construction
From a review of your floor plans to a walk-through once the framing is completed, we are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction with every step! Have a question? Send it our way.
Walk-through and orientation
Prior to closing, we will walk you through your new home and help create a punch list of everything that still needs to be completed. We will also sit down and go through all of your home’s warranties, features, and maintenance information to help you on your journey of being a homeowner.
Closing Day
The final step before we hand over the keys! You will meet with your title company who will walk you through all of the necessary paperwork for closing. Sign on the dotted line(s) and the house is officially
yours. Let the move-in commence!
